Each 2-ml dose of reconstituted vaccine contains: |

Use immediately after reconstitution with the solvent.
Intramuscular route.
In all cases, use the vaccine without serum.
Dose: One 2-ml dose according to the following schedule:
Primary vaccination:
Piglets born of non-vaccinated sows : 1 injection as of 7 days of age.
Piglets born of vaccinated sows :
- In a healthy environment: 1 injection as of 7 weeks of age.
- In a threatened environment: 1 injection as of 30 days of age.
In this case : Piglets for fattening: 1 booster injection in the 2 months following primary vaccination.
Piglets for breeding: 1 booster injection is necessary at most 1 month before puberty.
Booster: Every 2 years.

Precautions |

Only vaccinate healthy animals.Vaccinate the total herd.
- Respect usual aseptic conditions.
- Use sterile antiseptic-free material for injection purposes.
- Incinerate empty vials and any remaining non-used vaccine.
- Take all usual precautions with regard to pregnant females.
- Avoid changes and stress situations (weaning, transport, etc.) one week before and one week after vaccination.
- As Pestiffa is neutralised by colostral or serum antibody, it must be used without serum and in non antibody-carrying animals.
